If you've ever watched a technically sound coaching intervention completely miss its target, this session is your debrief. Dr. Lorenzo Moultrie, PhD, board-certified coach and behavioral scientist, breaks down DISC. He positions it away from a personality test and toward a precision-coaching methodology, built for practitioners who need more than self-awareness frameworks and good instincts. In 45 minutes, you'll walk through how to read behavioral cues without a formal assessment, understand your own stylistic blind spots as a coach, and match your interventions to what each client's profile actually responds to. This is applied behavioral science, and it's going to change how you show up in your next session.
Lorenzo Moultrie Jr, PhD, is an industrial and organizational psychologist, leadership development consultant, and behavioral science educator with expertise in leadership, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
